Downloading, installing, or otherwise using Manki means you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Manki on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, and only as permitted by Apple's standard App Store licensing terms.

Manki is an offline flashcard app for learning English vocabulary. All data you create — decks, cards, progress — is stored locally on your device. The app does not require an internet connection for everyday use.

Any data you create within the app remains on your device. We do not access, receive, or back up your content. If you uninstall the app or reset your device, that data is permanently lost — we cannot recover it for you.

All app content, including curated decks, sentences, illustrations, audio, the Manki name, and the gorilla mark, is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the app or its content except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Manki is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular learning outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data caused by uninstalling the app or resetting your device.

Either party may end this agreement at any time. You can terminate by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate if you violate these terms.

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
